Commercial Product Manager
About the role
As a Commercial Product Manager, you will take over some of our founder Maria’s responsibilities with focus on the commercial activities of Monivent’s products. This includes working with global marketing activities, setting up launch plans for newly developed products and be responsible for product life cycle management initiatives.
As a product manager, it will be your responsibility to develop and share an awareness of clinical and technical trends as well as keep current with market needs. You will have frequent customer conversations, attend industry webinars and conferences and by different means keep an eye on trends and activities within our field.
You develop strategic market plans for specific segments and develop methods to address and ways to differentiate product offering including price and margin management. You will be responsible for marketing and sales promotion material needed to effectively support sales on a global basis, including co-operation with distributors. To be aligned with Quality/Regulatory in product related issues will be crucial.
As our customers are spread globally, the position requires both domestic and international travelling.

Monivent currently consists of a small bunch of people, working closely together, facing a rapid scale up phase. When it comes to experience, we believe that you are already working within medtech or IVD, or other healthcare industry. You are skilled in marketing, interested in business development and you have experience in commercial product launch in the healthcare industry. You are passionate about strategic product planning and your execution skills are great.
As you will be communicating with customers and distributors all over the world, it is important that you have excellent English language skills and write and can speak comfortably and professionally about technical and clinical topics in English.
