John Haurum
Chairman of the Board
John Haurum, M.D., D.Phil., born 1963, has operational, commercial and financial experience from the biopharmaceutical industry, managing early to mid-stage R&D, corporate development, business development and investor relationships. He was the CEO of F-star in Cambridge, UK (2012-2018), where he progressed several products into clinical development, and completed multiple high value BD transactions with partners such as BMS, AbbVie, Merck and Denali. Prior to F-star he was VP Research at ImClone Systems, New York (2010-2012) and cofounder and Chief Scientific Officer of Symphogen A/S, Denmark (2000-2009). After graduating in Medicine in Aarhus Denmark 1992, John Haurum received a D.Phil. in Immunology from the Institute of Molecular Medicine, John Radcliffe Hospital, University of Oxford, England. Currently, John Haurum serves as chairman of the board of Solid Therapeutics ApS (DK) and Synklino A/S (DK). Other positions: Board member of Saniona A/S (DK), MC2 Therapeutics A/S (DK) and Neophore Ltd. (UK).

Camilla Myhre Sandberg

Camilla has 21 years’ experience in life science and has a Cand. Scient degree in toxicology from the University of Oslo. She has a broad experience in business development and marketing and has previously worked at Dynal Biotech, GE Healthcare and BioLamina AB. Camilla is currently CEO of Miris Holding AB and board member of NextCell Pharma AB.
Lena Höglund
Board Member
Lena Höglund, born 1960, holds leadership training at the Centre for Outstanding Leadership AB, Stockholm and Management Center Europe, Brussels. Lena has more than 35 years of experience from leading positions within the medical technology company Elekta. Other assignments include board member of XVIVO Perfusion AB, Bergvik Group AB and Industry Mentor for Sting – Stockholm Innovation & Growth AB.
Anders Lyrheden
Board Member
Anders Lyrheden, born 1965, holds a M.Sc. in Economics. Anders has more than 25 years of experience as CFO in globally operating companies such as Consilium Safety Group, Smart Eye AB(publ), Swegon Group, Hexpol AB(publ) and Mölnlycke Health Care. Other assignments include Chairman of the Board of RanLOS AB(publ) and financial advisor to Sightic AB.
