Maria Lindqvist

CEO

Maria co-founded Monivent 10 years ago together with two neonatologists and a lung researcher after graduation from Chalmers Technical University where she holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management and a M.Sc. In Entrepreneurship and Business design. Maria was the company’s CEO during the first years, followed by roles within product management and business development, and have worked intensively with developing the product concept, defining customer needs as well as creating product and company awareness. She has worked very closely to the end users since the very beginning and during the most recent years tasks have been focused around developing a network of KOLs and reference sites, managing clinical collaborations and establishing contacts within the industry.

Henrik Landervik

CFO

Henrik has a background within accounting followed by extensive experience as CFO, group accounting manager and financial controller from both small and large companies in various industries. He has also worked with stock market reporting for companies listed on both First North and Spotlight Stock Market. Henrik started his position as part-time CFO in Monivent in April 2025. His other assignments include roles as CFO at Metrum Sweden AB and Minalyze AB.

Antti Stålnacke

Product Developer

Antti holds a M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology. His interests lie in the fields of signal processing, data analysis, physical modelling and product development and he has previously worked at smaller med tech companies like Neoventa Medical AB and Medfield Diagnostics AB. This background makes Antti well suited to work on algorithms and signal processing here at Monivent.

Maria Sipos

Commercial Product Manager

Maria holds a M.Sc in Business Administration and Economics from Halmstad University. She has more than 20 years of international sales and marketing experience from medical technology companies like HemoCue, XVIVO Perfusion and Vitrolife. Maria has a passion for delivering marketing and sales activities that not only provide customer value and brings customer insight, but also builds strong brand position and support for sales teams.

Martin Kurz

QA/RA Manager

Martin holds a Master of Science in Engineering Biology from Linköping University. He has worked in different roles with quality assurance and regulatory affairs in the medical device industry for almost twenty years, in companies like Mölnlycke, Cochlear and Nobel Biocare. Martin brings broad experience and expertise suitable for developing quality management systems and achieving product approvals in new markets.
